Wizard Wellness Shipping & Return policy

Domestic shipping rates & estimates

Currently, we only ship across the U.S., but we are working on expanding- join our email list to be the first to know when Wizard goes international.


Standard delivery 

Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days depending on your location. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order leaves the Wizard Lab. Our orders ship via DHL Expedited or USPS Ground Advantage.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $60.

Pricing for standard shipping is based on weight of the total order:

  • $8 for orders 0-2 lbs
  • $12 for orders 2.01-5lbs 
  • $15 for orders 5lbs or greater 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express or expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days depending on your location. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order leaves the Wizard Lab. Our expedited orders ship via DHL Max or USPS Priority. Pricing for expedited shipping is based on the weight of the total order and delivery destination.

Shipping to PO boxes

USPS orders will ship with USPS Ground Advantage when standard shipping is selected, and USPS Priority Mail when expedited or express shipping is requested. 

Check order status

Our lab processes and ships orders within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account anytime to check your order status and shipping updates.

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of the product to return it to us. To make returns easy for our community, we use Loop Returns. You can start a return at wizardwellness.loopreturns.com by entering your order number and zip code. There is a $10 shipping fee to return the product to us.

Returns over $60 in value are subject to review by our Customer Care team.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order leaves the Wizard Lab.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

That’s not the kind of magic Wizard is known for. If something’s wrong with your order, email hello@wizardwellness.com within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

Will the delivery require a signature upon receipt?

No, Wizard deliveries do not require a signature. Your package will be delivered directly to the address you provided and left safely at the carrier’s discretion.

What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?

If no one is available, the carrier will typically leave the package in a secure spot or attempt redelivery according to their standard process. If there’s an issue locating your package after delivery, our support team is happy to help track it down—just reach out.
